July 13 - Some bigshot will be here next week so we have to act all lame and uncool (aka professional). Everything will be done by the book and it's going to suck. It means that until the big shot is gone I can't text, watch anime or go online while on the job. It also means that we'll have to postpone the birthday we had planned to celebrate for one of our coworkers that week since the office will go from an amusing place to boredomville for the week. I'm glad I have my days off in the middle of the week, so I'll only actually have to put up with the act for 3 days. That aside, when doom week is over, you guys who live in the US can text me on the job again, well you can text me anyway, except I won't be able to reply during those 3 days. I still have the 200 text a month plan and there are plenty left that I can use before the month ends, as I can't keep them for next month anyway.

July 14 - Since I don't know how much time I'll have during doom week I decided to post the B-day gifts early. I also have a 12 hour shift on the 29th... 4 for the flight and 8 filling in at the Jet Center... which means I'll probably finish playing Gurumin then. :D I love that airplane gas station, easiest job in the world. Write down people's IDs as the go in and out every few hours, answer the phone and radio even less often and play games most of the time! I wonder what movie they'll play that night. Last time it was Up and before that Incredibles. I'll also probably catch an episode of Nikita if it's airing that day. ^_^

July 15 - Happy birthday Alicia! Last night I saw someone at work playing Bust a Move and decided to be a copycat and get it for Xellos. I must get an app store card at some point in the future. Poor Xellos is broke. At least Reno has a little money for the PSN. Gotta make a note of getting that card... later since I'm lazy when it comes to going to the mall... or anywhere really. At least I have the sample Bust a Move games. XD I hung out playing for like half an hour after they said we could leave. ^^;;

July 16 - Doom week was pushed back and it'll be from today until Saturday... Yay for being off today and tomorrow! Though I thought I would get 1 doom day, then my days off, then 2, now it's all 3 in a row. At least I'll know what to expect from those who work today. The Amassment forum is up and running! The first 10 members get free coins! http://board.amassment.org/index.php I listened to the 11th Slayers novel, Crimson Obsession while posting. It's actiony. :D

July 17 - Yesterday Inspector Doom didn't show... Don't know if he'll be there today. I'll text someone and ask later. I hope he's not there tomorrow when I go back to work.

June 27 - I was in the Amassment chat yesterday. Shrine timelines, upcoming shrines, internet memories, website reviews and recommendations, Amassment plans, celebrities, computers, time zones, temperature, transportation and randomness. XD It was fun. While I was there I made an orange Ashram layout for Fantasy Bit far too early for October. ^^;;

June 29 - There was a bit of a blackout today. I played Gurumon for a while. It doesn't have much of a story, but it's so cute! It's like Atomic Betty + Summon Night + Ratchet & Clank. So cute! I just got through the third forest stage and I'm heading over to the lake towards the east.

June 30 - Afternoon... I'm on episode 21 of Lost Universe. ^^ Also played a little more of Gurumin today. Such a cute game. Parin's fighting style reminds me of Ark from Terranigma. :D I had not been keeping up with Korra since episode 1 so I'm watching more episodes now, currently watching 2. The probending arena looks like a Pokemon stadium! XD It's even white and red! XD Episode 3... yes Korra, mornings are evil! The Fire ferret mascot is sooo cute!!! Later... Watching episode 4... I wonder if the girl on the bike is related to Zuko or Toph. Looks like she's not... lol Aang's middle granddaughter is hilarious. She reminds me of Tai Lee. XD I want to see Tai Lee's descendants, they would be so fun! Night... Lol Korra! Watching episode 5, it's like fanservice city bring on the shipping wars. XD I'm not taking sides, at least not yet. Why does Korra call the wolf bat water leader pretty boy... He's not pretty. Lol at the announcer and not pretty boy on episode 6. Episode 7 lol at the new cabbage man! XD

July 1 - Watching the finale of Korra season 1. I was amused when the guy with Zuku's voice came up. It's pretty clear he's Zuko's descendant, I mean really, he's even named Iroh. lol at the wise hobo too. XD I like the humor in this series. I don't like the old tech. I love tech, but I don't like the in-between of modern and near-medieval. One or the other, magic or tech, hi tech no magic, no low tech, not a fan of prototypes. I liked the mechas, but not the old looking airplanes. I guess it's because I don't like too many similarities with Earth unless it's modern Earth, but Earth in itself is boring and so is the past. I prefer high fantasy, which this is given the fauna, but I don't like too many references to historical real Earth. Modern Earth can be fun and so can future Earth, but those historical-like portrayals give it a hint of anti-climax. None the less, the fantasy elements and the fast action balances it out.

July 2 - It seems that I always have more plans than the day has hours. XD There are many things I want to write and many pixels I want to make...

June 19 - For those who were using my notes as a reference, I put all the files related to them in their own folder. They are not gone! They are here: http://piratesboard.net/mikari/fantasy/azure/notes.html I revamped the old Lina and Gourry layouts to make the pictures stay on the screen while the text scrolls. Instead the text fades away as it reached the top image. There is a new layout too. It features Miku from Vocaloids.

June 20 - Joined another art archive http://mikaristar.sheezyart.com Someone at Beloved Enemy http://z3.invisionfree.com/Beloved_Enemy/index.php?&act=site Neptune I think... mentioned The character of Gone with the Wind being like Xellos and Filia. I needed something to listen to while I uploaded fanworks to yet another archive, so I went through posting 75 stories at Your Fiction http://yourfanfiction.com/viewuser.php?uid=3118 and now I'm posting a bunch of fanarts at Sheezy Art, all while listening to the story. Though the characters are not exactly like them, I do see strong similarities. The only big difference is Scarlet being flirty and selfish, which Filia is the opposite, but they have similar tempers and interactions. Butler also has a lot of personality traits that are indeed quite similar to Xellos and everything I notice something about them it makes me laugh in amusement. I would so have liked to see them in a modern day setting as I don't like stories of the past, but the characters are fun, so they make up for the boring setting.

I like Butler's sincerity, kind of reminds me of myself, seeing the world for its usefulness, but I'm more like Scarlet in that it's usefulness goes as far as its entertainment. While I'm definitely not a flirt, all the opposite, I can be rather cold. I do appreciate Scarlet's simple self-centered nature as I identify with it. I can watch the world fall apart but if I am amused, it's all good. If I'm not amused, who cares about anything? I also share Scarlet's disregard for more people, lack of patience and general dislike for children and their responsibilities. Except I figured that out before getting married, while for her, she realized that freedom is better than marriage all too late, though she may recover still. I think I'm about half way through listening to this. I don't like the overly long setting descriptions that appear at times or the setting itself, but like I said, the fun characters make it amusing enough. Butler's overly-honest practicality is very amusing, though he's look much better in my imagination if he'd shave, because the narrative has reminded me of his mustache several times and I don't like mustaches or any sort of facial hair.

June 22 - I'm on Lost Universe episode 10. :) Gone with the Wind is turning boring. Scarlet is turning too responsible. I like adventurous carefree character that throw responsibilities to the wind and go off adventuring leaving the rest of the world to fend for itself! Oh well... I'll still finish listening to it.

June 23 - We had a super delay due to thunder storms and then when the airplane did arrive, it had a worn tire which the mechanic needed to take care of, so that added more to the delay. So instead of a round trip that takes 3 hour to process between receiving passengers, checking in the ones that are leaving, loading, clean up and boarding, it took 8 hours for the process, most of which were spent waiting for the airplane to arrive. I watched episode 11 of Lost Universe on my iPod at the office, then wrote a little for my X-Men: Evolution fanfic after I had to go from the office to the gate where the office wireless doesn't reach. Xellos (my iPod's name) even if you might be Lina's useful item number four, you're turning into my useful item number one!

Naturally, cranky passengers with, literally, red eyes were more abundant than ever before. I was very sleepy as the sun had come up and I'm using to going home hours before that. It was eight in the morning! I haven't been awake at eight in the morning for years! On the bright side, I did get some nice pictures. I think my favorites are the one with sunrise over the airplane parking lot between the airport building and the runway and the control tower.

While waiting for the tire process, a few flight attendants and airport employees were at the back stairs. We heard a bird and wee all like "someone's cell phone is ringing." We kept looking at each other because no one was answering their phone and realized that none of us had a bird ring tone for calls. Then after a few minutes of confusion and putting our ears to the cellphone, iPods and various hand-held electronics, we looked up. There on the tail of the airplane there was a bird singing more cheerfully that anyone should at that tired early hour. We laughed because none of us expected bird sounds to come from an actual bird. May 28 - Got Gurumin too, but I haven't saved it from the PSN yet. Fate Extra finished being saved. Haven't tried it out yet. Random thought: mice will one day be extinct... as in computer mice, really, touch screen will replace them and voice commands will replace that. One day laptops will look like iPads except they'll actually work like laptops unlike the iPads which do very little for their size.

May 29 - WTF?! That's not my data consumption! Did they pass last cycles data to this? I was going to buy the extra GB, I didn't want it passed on! I know Xellos connected by himself but I turn him off again and I'm sure he couldn't have drained this much data in such a short time.

May 30 - I'm not fond of water. I'm drinking it to try to keep myself decently hydrated, but it makes me feel like puking, although that is something I haven't done since I was little. None the less the nauseous feeling is still unpleasant even if I'm pretty sure I can withstand it. Drinking a lot of water also make me feel colder. D: Started playing Fate Extra, haven't even reached the first battle yet. So far it's like Persona 3, the main character run around school talking to people and doing assignments. I haven't seen the battle style yet. It's also way too early to pick a fav character.

May 31 - Fate Extra is... odd. It's like the Matrix in high school. The introduction is long and pointless. I played for like half an hour before the first battle. Then it turns out it was an impossible win, the boy got killed and then I got to start over with my actually character for the game. Why not play as my character from the start? I guess they wanted the emphasize the generic repetition of the virtual world but still... As for the actual battles, they are rock, paper, scissors style with attack, break and guard. I'm playing as the girl with Archer as my partner. It's fun so far, even with that unneeded intro. The game warns that there are dead ends... I reached one of those dead ends when I tried to make the generic guy from the intro leave the school and that game me a game over without warning. Needless to say, I'll be saving a lot.

June 1 - I hope they change my schedule soon... They better. "I fell in love with your smile and with your stupid malice" That song is so XelFi it's hilarious. To top it all up, the singer kind of sounds like Filia. XD

May 14 - I had some really weird dreams last night... One was about sitting in front of a TV watching an odd movie. It was sort of a high school theme with some girl that looked a bit like Moni from TWTYH and some asian guy. I think they triggered the dream, except Aki didn't have his hair dyed and their backgrounds were different as they both went to school in America. There was something about some evil sorcerer they had to stop. Odd... The other dream followed the same theme, except I was also a student of the same school and for some reason I was there when the evil wizard was trying to sacrifice the students. The protagonists should have been just outside the gates at that time. I was trying to escape, though a statue carved into a tree tried to prevent it. I fought it and reached the school gates anyway. Sure enough, the protagonists were there, arriving for the finale of the movie, but then I woke up. It's like I had a dream about watching a movie, then I had a dream about dreaming about the movie I just dreamed about. Weird. XD

May 17 - Horrible weather for most of the afternoon. It just stopped storming and I finally got online. Stupid bad weather affecting the electricity and getting in my way.

May 18 - The weather isn't cooperating these days, but I'm making progress with my upcoming fansite. I should have it done in a week or so. Most of the information is all typed up. I just need to go over it for any corrections, organize everything and finish the visuals. I actually started with the writing just to see how much I could write about such a minor character. I think around 8,000 words of information makes for a decent fansite, yes? I'll have lots of pretty graphics too, I just need to make them. I'll be focusing on that so I'll probably only update Slayers: Alive until this is done, then I'll get back into updating Loyalty (Pokemon) and Slayers: Days. Once Loyalty is done I'll get started on the Golden Phoenix revamp since I'll only have Days to update then, so I'll have some extra time. I have the full outline for Loyalty done and the outline for several upcoming chapters of Days. I also have part of Loyalty chapter 14 written (it'll have 15 chapters in total) so rest assured, I fully intend to finish all these stories.

May 23 - The upcoming fan site (those who follow me on Deviant Art already know what it's about) is coming along nicely. It's taking longer than I thought, but I'm getting somewhere! I've been focused on that for the last few days and have only been updating Slayers: Alive. As soon as this is done, I'll make a few small changes to Golden Phoenix and dub my collective revamped. I'll still be updating Slayers: Alive the whole time. I'll get back to Loyalty (Pokemon) and some more cursor and icons for TWTYH and Slayers. Next up is Slayers: Days, then my new Mario story.

1- Iris from Lufia II... Technically her true name is Erim, but Iris she goes by Iris for most of the game. An interesting sneaky character that put up a convincing act. She helps the hero along his journey though she is technically supposed to be an antagonist. I like how the line is blurred for her.

2- Idura from Lufia II... Not a particularly interesting character, but he serves his purpose as a mid-boss.

3- Itachi from Naruto... Bishounen... he was cooler when he was evil, mostly because his "tragic" logic is so flawed that I see him more as an idiot than a martyr now.

4- Impa from Zelda... The mysterious warrior is pretty cool. There have been many different version of her over time, which ironically when from old to young, rather than the other way around.

5- Invader Zim... He's funny adorable, cute, love him!

6- Indiana Jones... Technically called Henry, but few remember that anyway. I like the original trilogy best. Fun action hero with a whip FTW.

7- IG-88 from Star Wars... I thought the design was funny, he's supposed to be a scary human hunter but he just doesn't look it. XD

May 8 - I finally finished revamping my Summon Night site yeaterday. I didn't even remember today was my day off. I guess I'm getting used to the 6 days slavery, it's so sad. At least I have tonight off. I'm planning to write fanfics tonight and stick with that until Loyalty is done. I'll still update Days while I'm at it. After that I'll revamp my Kaleido Star site while I continue with Days and I'll keep going with the revamps alongside Days until they're all done.

December 30 - Happy Birthday Hikou!

December 31 - I had fun yesterday. ^_^ I slept in late, had a nice take out lunch, played around on online forums and comm while listening to a bible chapter (not getting confused). Watched anime, played video games, wrote fanfiction, drew fanart and had a good day at work. The system was down, the flight was oversold, it was deliciously chaotic! (Did I just say deliciously chaotic? Oh yeah, I would definitely be a monster in the Slayers world. XD) The most amazing part was that I actually did all of that, giving a good amount of time to each activity without feeling rushed or overloaded. Was it that yesterday had more than 24 hours? Technically it was half of yesterday and half of today, but my days start in the afternoon so it balances into a single day so to speak.

As for today, the day is not so great because it's new years and I have to work, which is not a problem as I'm sure I'll be endlessly amused watching my coworker pathetically cry like idiots (oh yeah definitely of the monster race in the Slayers-verse XD). But you know parents get idiotic because boo-hoo I'm going to be a whole fifteen minutes away. Phff! Still, I'm going to leave their idiotic overly emotional junk behind and have a blast handling another chaotic flight. :D My coworkers are starting to think I'm crazy because I enjoy chaos so much. ^_^

January 1 - Happy New Year Everyone! Today was more chaotic than yesterday because it had all the same things plus a broken baggage conveyor belt. I sent out a whole bunch of texts and it looks like most if not all of them got to where they were going. Snow, Cherri, do you have the same numbers with the new phones, email me. I was surprised that a few people still have the same numbers, it's been forever since the last time I messaged them.

I'm slowly making progress through my Slayers fanfic novel. After that it's that Pokemon story "Loyalty" which will be maybe about 25k-30k words? I don't know yet, I haven't even done the outline yet and lately I've been using lists of events to make chaptered stories esier to keep up with in the writing process and to make sure I don't forget any important details. I'll do all that after I'm done with "To Live Another Day" I still have plenty of events in my outline for that one. After that I would like to write something Valkyria Chronicles II related, possibly a short reader insert, but in first person instead of second so I can post it at Fanfiction net too. After that I have an idea for something web-design related... talk about having a ton of busy plans and they're all quite time consuming so it'll be a while. As for my resolutions... I have only a to do list really and I just detailed it. XD Overall, I had a great year! Some of the most notable events were my new job and learning a lot about writing thanks to practicing with long fanfiction.
